1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the website, registering for admissions, creating a student LMS account, or enrolling in any program offered by CHARDHO ASPIRE Institute of Higher Technology ("the Institute", "we", "us"), you ("the Student", "the User") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
2. Educational Services & Cohort Enrollment
CHARDHO ASPIRE delivers technical courses, certifications, capstone evaluations, live mentorship, and digital educational resources. Enrollment is subject to seat availability, eligibility evaluation, and timely payment of prescribed tuition fees. The Institute reserves the right to update curriculum topics to reflect emerging technology standards.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All lecture recordings, syllabus documentation, proprietary lab sandboxes, assignments, and course materials are the exclusive intellectual property of CHARDHO ASPIRE Institute. Students are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access materials solely for individual educational purposes. Recording, redistributing, or commercializing course materials is strictly prohibited.
4. Placement Assistance & Career Services
Placement assistance is provided to enrolled students who fulfill all eligibility criteria, including: (a) minimum 85% attendance in live lectures and labs, (b) successful completion and defense of all capstone projects with passing grades, and (c) active participation in mock interviews and career readiness sprints.
5. Account Security & Usage
Students are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their portal credentials and OTP authentication. Any unauthorized use of accounts must be immediately reported to security@chardho.edu.
