Student Code of Conduct

Last Updated: August 2026

1. Commitment to Academic Honesty

CHARDHO ASPIRE Institute adheres to strict academic honesty. Students must submit original architectural designs, code implementations, and project reports. While collaborative discussion and open-source library usage are encouraged, verbatim plagiarism or unauthorized automated code copying without attribution constitutes grounds for zero-grade evaluation.

2. Digital Classroom & Community Decorum

Our live lecture halls, community Discord/Slack channels, and peer study groups are built on mutual respect and professional collegiality. Disruptive conduct, harassment, discriminatory speech, or unconstructive behavior will result in immediate suspension from live channels.

3. Cyber Range & Cloud Sandbox Safety

Students enrolled in Cyber Security and Cloud DevOps programs must operate exclusively within authorized sandboxes and target ranges provided by the Institute. Attempting to scan, probe, or compromise unauthorized external systems is strictly prohibited and subject to legal prosecution.

4. Disciplinary Proceedings

Violations of this Code are referred to the Academic Disciplinary Council. Penalties include formal reprimands, capstone disqualification, revocation of placement assistance, or permanent expulsion without refund.
