1. 7-Day Risk-Free Cooling Off Window
We are committed to student satisfaction. If within 7 calendar days from the official batch commencement date you feel the program does not meet your expectations, you may submit a refund request to receive a 100% refund of tuition paid (less non-refundable registration and processing fees of ₹1,500).
2. Milestone-Based Refund Schedule
Requests initiated after the 7-day initial cooling-off window are evaluated on a pro-rata basis according to the following schedule:

3. Batch Transfer & Deferral Option
If unexpected work or personal emergencies prevent regular attendance, students may defer their cohort enrollment to the next upcoming batch without financial penalty (one complimentary deferral allowed per academic year).
4. Refund Processing Timelines
Approved refunds are disbursed within 7-10 business days directly back to the original source method (Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or NBFC loan cancellation).
